You can import multiple .txt, .pdf, or .docx files at once by dragging and dropping them into the "Add Transcript" screen.

If you don't have .txt, .pdf, or .docx files, you can also copy and paste text from your transcript to add it.

Step 1. Click Get Started

Step 2: Drag and drop your transcripts into the box.

When you drag a document onto the Add Transcript page, Delve will extract the text from that document and add it to your transcript list.

A: You can import data that is text-based into Delve. These include documents such as:

  • Interview Transcripts

  • Focus Group Transcripts

  • Observation Notes

  • Newspaper Articles

  • Survey Results can also be brought in if they are converted to a text file.

Q: What type of file formats can be brought into Delve

A: You can drag and drop the following document formats into Delve:

  • Word Documents with the .docx format

Q: What's the maximum character limit for uploading a transcript in Delve?

A: The maximum allowable size for a transcript in Delve is 270,000 characters. If your documents exceeds, consider splitting the transcript into smaller sections.
