Discounted pricing for students, teachers, and academics

Overview

We offer Delve subscriptions at a discounted rate for students, teachers, and academics conducting research at an accredited institution.

The discount is different depending on the type of subscription you would like to sign up for (monthly or annual):

  • $18/month per user

  • $200/year per user

This price is in US dollars. To calculate the price for your local currency, please use a currency conversion calculator.

Delve is offered on a subscription basis. You will be billed on a monthly or annual basis until you decide to cancel your subscription.

Who Qualifies

To qualify for the education pricing, you must meet one of the following qualifications:

  • Currently a student, teacher, or academic

  • Learning, teaching or conducting research at an educational institution

You will then need to be able to provide proof of this "education" status.

How to Activate Education Pricing

  1. Sign up for Delve (we cannot apply a discount if you do not have a Delve account)

  2. Start your free trial (this will require you to enter payment information, but you will not be charged until the last day of your free trial)

  3. While logged into Delve, send us a message using the chat stating, "I would like to be switched to education pricing"

  4. Upload a screenshot of your student ID, class registration document, or anything else that has your full name and the educational institution into the chat.

  5. We will switch your account over to Education Pricing and notify you when it's done!

Note: We recommend requesting and sending documentation for education pricing as soon as you sign up for the free trial to avoid any accidental charges at the wrong price!

Estimate the Cost of your Project

We offer Delve on monthly and annual recurring subscriptions and do not bill by project, but sometimes you may want to estimate the cost of your project. Even though you will still be billed in monthly or annual subscription fees, here's how you can estimate the total cost of using Delve for your project.

The chart below shows a quick example of education pricing based on seats and subscriptions:

Monthly subscriptions

Cost = [number of Delve users] x [number of months] x [$18]

For example, if you have a team of 3 using Delve for 2 months, your cost would be [3 users] x [2 months] x [$18] = $108.

Annual subscriptions

Cost = [number of Delve users] x [number of years] x [$200]

For example, if you have a team of 3 using Delve for 2 years, your cost would be [3 users] x [2 years] x [$200] = $1200.

FAQs

Q. I need a single invoice for my institution to pay it, how can I get it?

A: To get started, please provide:

  • The number of seats you need

  • Email addresses for each user

  • The email address where your billing/procurement team would like the invoice sent

You can either send this via Delve’s chat feature or email us. Once we have that information, we’ll create the invoice and your institution can pay it directly.

Note: Only annual subscriptions are available for institutional invoices.
