All Delve projects are private by default. But you can easily share a project with others so you can collaborate on your research analysis.
Share projects with others
To begin collaborating, you need to share your project. Follow the instructions in this article to learn how to share your project.
Two options for sharing: “Can Edit” and “Can View”.
Can Edit:
This enables others to have full access to your project; add transcripts, add codes, code snippets, add memos, and invite others.
In order to edit a project, a person will need to have or be part of an active subscription
Can View:
This enables others to view your project, but they cannot edit anything.
Granting a person “can view” access to your project is free, and they will not need to be part of a subscription to view your project.
Pay for subscription as a group or as an individual
To access Delve you will need an annual or monthly subscription. You can either have one person pay for the group, or everyone can pay individually for their own subscription.
Pay as a group: The person paying for a group can start their own individual Delve subscription. They then add others to their "team". See how here.
Pay individually: Each person can start their own subscription by beginning their own free trial. Even if you are paying individually, you can still collaborate on projects.
Ways to collaborate
Once you share projects with others, you can use Delve features to work together on your analysis. Read this article to see ways to collaborate.
