My Virtual Consult (VC for short π ) helps leads commit to a scheduled consultation through a link on your website (more on that later).
Here's how it works:
You promote a Virtual Consult with your doctor on your website
Lead submits photos of their teeth + contact info
If you use my New Patient Scheduler (NPS), they can schedule an appointment!
Even if they don't commit to an appointment (or your PMS is not compatible with my NPS), you will have their contact info and can text them back from my desk π₯³
I'll also put their name in the New Leads bucket for follow up - you can let me take it from there if you put them into Auto!
Okay, let's take a look at the settings!
Click Settings >> Virtual Consult
Start (or end with) turning on notifications for yourself or other Team Members (you will get an email/text notification every time a lead submits a Consult):
(click photo to enlarge)
This will cause your link to populate so you can put it on your website (wait until you've finished setting up before you send it to your web developer):
The "Welcome" and "Thank You" messages will be displayed when the user opens and then submits the consult - keep is short and sweet π
Next up we have the choice of whether or not to display a Spanish option:
Those toggles ^ give you the choice of displaying an option to schedule a new patient appointment at the end of the consult.
If you have another system that handles scheduling, you can toggle "Use Ava's online scheduler" off, and use your own link.
Welcome and Thank You Videos:
Although videos are optional, it gives the consult a personal touch - take the opportunity to introduce your Doc to future patients!
We recommend recording a 10-15 second horizontal video on your phone for each type.
Make sure the file sizes are small, under 20MB so that they will upload!
You can upload those files here, and preview what they will look like to the patient in the mock-phone on the right:
Now that you have set up and personalized your Consult, your next step is to learn how to manage submissions and test it yourself!
