Pending follow up is for patients who had their consultation within the past 30 days, and my Legacy Blast is for everyone else.
In other words, this is your long-term Pending follow up!
It's pretty simple: run a search to pull a list of patients who need long term follow-up and click send. It's that easy!
I have pre-made messages, so all you need to do is tell me who to text! If they don't reply, I'll send an email 1 week later.
They can receive the blast once every 60 days, so I'll put them back on the list when it's time so you don't have to think about it!
TIP: set a reminder to send one out every 3 months!
