A beautiful way to present treatment and payment options

Can you relate to this?

A patient comes in for a free consult. Doc tells them that they could go for braces, but Invisalign would work for them too!

Their insurance will cover some of it, but they'll be responsible for a pretty big portion.

"Is there any way I can make payments on that?" they ask.

"Of course!" you say, and you get out a scrap of paper and start writing down all of their options:

"If you choose this treatment vs. that, or put this much down vs. nothing, and your monthly payments are this high or low, but this treatment won't take as long, (etc)...

AND if you pay in full, you'll get 10% off but if you upgrade to ceramics we'll give you free retainers for life..."

What's the right price for a beautiful smile for their kid, and what can they afford? That is the question.

After a long look at your chicken scratch they say, "can I go home and think about it?"

That's where I come in!

If you'd like to trade your scrap paper out for a beautiful tool that shows patients all their options, in an easy-to-visualize-and-commit type of way, keep reading πŸ˜‰

When you set up Case Presentation, you create profiles for all of your treatment types and payment options.

Later, when a patient has seen Doc and is trying to figure out what to do and what they can pay, just send them an email to my payment calculator!

They can play with their options and even commit to a plan from home - at any time of day (or night!) without the pressure of deciding on the spot.

Why wouldn't you use this?!

Some people charge big bucks for access to a system that does some version of this (BUT with nothing else included).

I just want you (and your patients) to use it. You're welcome!
