High Accuracy Mode has been removed from Bola. The setting no longer appears in Charting Settings on the desktop app or in Mic Settings in the Chrome extension, and there is nothing you need to turn on or off.
What changed
High Accuracy Mode required Bola to hear 3 consecutive readings before it would accept a pocket depth (PD) or gingival margin (GM) measurement. Anything shorter showed a warning box instead of charting.
That rule was designed around an earlier speech engine. It does not fit the way Bola's current speech model works, so the setting was removed rather than left in place.

Pocket depths and gingival margins chart without the 3-reading requirement.
The warning box that appeared on a short reading is gone.
If the setting was on for your office, there is nothing to do. The change applies on its own.
Still seeing the toggle?
You are on an older build. The removal shipped in desktop app version 2.3.9 and Chrome extension version 6.8.1. Once you are on that version or later, the setting will be gone.
To check your desktop version, open the Bola app, click Options, then App Info.
Related settings that have not changed
High Accuracy Mode Bleeding is a separate setting and is still available. It controls whether bleeding commands need the "add" prefix.
Play PDs chime is still available. If you want a signal when a pocket depth is not fully heard, that is the setting to use.
