Sometimes due to chrome updates it will remove the permissions for your mic in the bola extension. A quick and easy way to fix this is to follow the steps below
Click on the puzzle piece in the right hand corner of your Chrome browser window> Find your Bola Extension:
Click on the three dots to the right of the Bola extension
Click on Manage Extension:
Scroll down in the menu in the middle of the page and click on Site Settings:
Find the drop down menu next to Microphone and select Allow:
