If you have installed your microphone according to the installation guide but find that you must raise your voice for the microphone to hear you, you may need to relocate the microphone to better capture your voice. If your mic still isn’t hearing you very well after moving your mic closer, it’s likely due to background noise or an issue with your computer. To resolve this, please contact the person or company that handles your IT.

Are there recommended WIFI speeds for Bola app for Dentrix Desktop?

Wireless networks are to be used at your own risk due to potential interference from X-ray machines and other devices. If using wireless networks, the network should be wireless-AC or higher and meet local network speed requirements.

Bola AI is slow to respond

Issues with Bola AI responding, or processing slowly, are often due to poor WiFi speed or processing power of the machine. Please contact your IT professional for a consultation on improving these issues.

Command Comprehension

Bola AI can understand and process many different combinations of commands, but they must be formulated in a specific way. Commands must be spoken clearly and with a consistent cadence. Pausing for long periods of time in the middle of a command can cause the system to drop information.

To ensure that your commands work as expected, we recommend that you review our “Voice commands list” document to check that your command is valid. To access our “Voice commands list” , navigate to “Instructions for use” then “Voice commands list”.
