In order to use Bola Voice in Dentrix, it is mandatory to select the appropriate Script in your Dentrix Perio Chart.
You can find and update this setting in the Perio tool-bar labeled "Script".
Bola Voice has its own script that should be selected within Dentrix labeled Bola Migration Path. This script is usually downloaded at the point of installing Bola Voice. However, due to antivirus/firewall issues, you may need to import this script manually. Please follow the guidance below to learn how to do so.
1. Download the file contained in the attachment below it will be labeled Bola Migration Path ( Find file attached at the end of article)
2. Once downloaded, navigate to the Setup Tab in your Perio tool-bar
3. Next, select Entry Settings Setup
4. Select, Import From File
5. Navigate to your recent downloads and select the file labeled Bola Migration Path and open that file.
6. You will be redirected back to Entry Settings Setup and should find Bola Migration Path as one of the script options. Now select OK.
7. You will be redirected back to the Dentrix Perio Chart. Select the Script drop-down and select Bola Migration Path.
8. Once selected, this Script setting will remain.
