Personal Pro, Organization

※ The payment methods that you can choose differ depending on plans.

Please review the below page for the detail.

To change the payment method, please review the corresponding section below.

Please note that invoice payment is only available for customers in Japan. Thank you for your understanding.

① Credit card to invoice payment

For Personal Pro plan

We only accept credit cards for Personal Pro users.

Please check the available payment options from the link below.

※ We do not accept new requests for Personal Pro since Mar 14, 2022.

For Organization plans

If you are in Japan, you can select credit card or invoice payment as your payment method.

Please cancel your current plan first and request invoice payment.

After you cancel your current plan, you can continue to use the service until the end of the current contract period.

Please review the “Paying with credit card” section under “Organization Plans (Startup Plan, Business Plan, Large Business Plan)” in the link below.

② PayPal to invoice payment

For Lite, Pro, or Biz plans registered before 2014

Unfortunately, new enrollments are no longer possible for Lite, Pro, and Biz plans.

To change the payment method, you must switch to a plan currently offered (see the link below).

※ If you cannot display the page, please log out from DeployGate first or use Private Browsing mode.

For all other plans

Please contact customer support with the following information, which is required to issue an invoice.

  • Applicable DeployGate Organization name

  • Email address

  • Contract period (6 months or 12 months)

  • Company/organization name

  • Street address

  • Zip Code

③ Invoice payment to credit card

For Lite, Pro, or Biz plans registered before 2014

Unfortunately, new enrollments are no longer possible for Lite, Pro, and Biz plans.

To change the payment method, you must switch to a plan currently offered (see the link below).

※ If you cannot display the page, please log out from DeployGate first or use Private Browsing mode.

For all other plans

Please contact us with the following information. We will send you a link to register your credit card.

  • Applicable DeployGate Organization name

  • Currency (Japanese Yen or U.S. Dollar)

  • Company name

  • Country name

  • Zip code

  • Email address (required for billing purposes)

④ PayPal to credit card

For Lite, Pro, or Biz plans registered before 2014

Unfortunately, new enrollments are no longer possible for Lite, Pro, and Biz plans.

To change the payment method, you must switch to a plan currently offered (see the link below).
