Workspace features are available only with our current plans. If you are currently on discontinued plans, you can use the Workspace by migrating to a current plan. For details on how to migrate, please see this page.
The Workspace ID is an identifier that distinguishes each Workspace. On the Free plan, your username becomes the workspace ID. On the Flexible/Enterprise plans, the ID you specify when applying the plan will be used as the workspace ID.
The workspace ID must meet the following conditions.
Only alphanumeric characters and hyphens (-) are allowed; the first character must be a letter, and the last character must be alphanumeric
Must be unique throughout the service
Workspaces are designed to be used on a company-wide basis. When configuring your workspace, we recommend setting it to the name of your company or organization.
How do I find my Workspace ID?
To view your Workspace ID, log in to DeployGate, hover over your user icon at the top right of the page, and select your Workspace name from the menu. On the Workspace Admin Console, you will see your Workspace ID in parentheses after your Workspace’s Display Name.
