Where can I change the selected payment method?

The payment methods that you can choose differ depending on plans.

To change the payment method, please review the corresponding section below.

Please note that invoice payment is only available for customers in Japan. Thank you for your understanding.

For Flexible Plan

Changes to your payment method are handled by Customer Support. Please contact help@deploygate.com with the following information.

  • Workspace ID

Please review the following page for details on how to confirm your Workspace ID.

For Discontinued Plan

As the plan is no longer offered, we’re afraid that you need to switch your plan to a current plan in order to change the payment method.

You can select the payment method when you apply for the new plan.

If the page doesn’t display, please try logging out of DeployGate once or use a private/incognito browser.
