To change the email address registered with DeployGate, please review the following procedures.

To ensure that the new email address belongs to you, we will send a confirmation email to the new email address.

Please make sure that you can access the email account, as we will send a verification code to the new email address.

Flow

From the user icon at the top right of your dashboard, visit “Account Settings” > “Profile” and click on “Change” button in “Email” section.

After entering your new email address, click “Send verification code” button. A verification email will be sent to you.

When the following message pops up, check your inbox for the email. Enter the 6-digit number from the email into “Verification Code” field and click “Send” button to submit.

If you receive a pop-up message indicating that your email address was registered, your request was successful.

Note

If you cannot find the email from DeployGate in your inbox, please check your spam folder as well.

If you cannot locate the email in the spam folder, please try another email address.
