Where can I find my plan’s expiration and payment due dates?

The location of these dates depends on your plan type.

Credit Card Payments on the Flexible Plan

The Admin Console displays the expiration date as follows.

To view your payment due date, go to the Admin Console > Settings > “Pay by credit card” to open the Customer Portal.

The renewal date shown on the Customer Portal is your payment due date.

Invoiced Billing on the Enterprise Plan or Flexible Plan

The Admin Console displays the expiration date. Using the next day as a starting point, the payment due date is the end of the following calendar month.

Old Organization Plans

*Please note that new applications for the Organization Plans (Starup/Business/Large Business) ended.

The payment due date depends on the payment method.

Due to our payment processor’s system limitations, credit card payments are processed either on the due date displayed or one day prior.

Please contact us at least two days before the due date if you wish to make any changes to your contract.

For invoiced billing, find your plan’s expiration date. Using the next day as a starting point, the payment due date is the end of the following calendar month.

Go to the Organization’s “Settings” > “Current Plan” to view your plan’s expiration date.

Old Personal Pro Plan
