Cause
The message “Another Organization or Enterprise has already sent an invitation to this email address.” will appear if the email address you’re changing to falls into any of the categories below.
(1) Your preferred email address has already been registered to a DeployGate account.
You will need to either switch to a different email address or delete the other registered account.
(2) A Workspace or Project/Organization has sent an invitation to your preferred email address and that email address hasn’t been registered.
You cannot register that same address as the new email.
Example:
If you attempt to change Account C’s email address to BBB@deploygate.com

Solutions
You can use DeployGate with a different email address by performing any of the following three actions.
1. Use a different email address
Change the email address to one that hasn’t been registered to Deploygate and received a DeployGate invitation.
2. Register an account using the invitation sent to your preferred email address
Please sign up via the invitation email for the Workspace or the Project/Organization you were invited to, and continue using the account that is created.
If you’ve previously uploaded apps to your existing account, you will need to re-upload them to your newly created account.
You do not need to re-upload apps to the Workspace and Project/Organization.
If you no longer need it, delete your existing/old account.

Example:
In the chart above, register for Account B using the invitation sent from Account A to BBB@deploygate.com.
Your Account B will become a member of Account A’s Organization.
*After going through this process, the BBB@deploygate.com email address will be registered with Account B. You will not be able to change Account C’s email address to BBB@deploygate.com.
3. Cancel the invitation and register your preferred email address with your existing account
First, please use the invitation email you received from the Workspace or Project/Organization to register for an account.
You can then delete this newly created account, which will allow you to change your existing account’s email address to your preferred email address.

Example:
In the chart above, first register for Account B using the invitation sent from Account A to BBB@deploygate.com. Then, delete Account B.
You can now change Account C’s email address to BBB@deploygate.com.
