Only customers on the Flexible Plan and Enterprise Plan can use the Workspace. All other plan types are ineligible. If you would like to use the Workspace, please consider applying for a Flexible Plan or Enterprise Plan.
Enterprise Plan Customers Prior to June 2023
If you were an Enterprise Plan customer before June 2023, please note the following changes. With the introduction of our new plan offerings (Current Plans), we renamed “Enterprise” to “Workspace” to avoid confusion with the plan name (“Enterprise Plan”).
By default, the account that signs up for the Flexible plan or Enterprise plan is set as the administrator.
However, you can add or change administrators as needed, so please proceed accordingly.

Please see the relevant section below for how to change the permissions of added members.
Assign General members as Workspace Administrators
If you would like to assign other members as administrators, visit the Workspace Admin Console. Click on your icon > [Workspace ID] > “Members”.

You will be directed to your Workspace’s Member List. Click the menu at the right of the applicable member and select “Change to Admin Role.”
A Workspace administrator can create Projects within the Workspace, add/remove members, and more.

Change Workspace Administrator to General Role
Visit the Workspace Admin Console and proceed to your Workspace’s Member List as described above. Click on the menu at the right of the applicable member and select “Change to General Role.”
Note
A Workspace requires at least one administrator.
If you are removing yourself as an administrator, you must assign another member as an administrator first.
