Please see the following steps to migrate apps from an Individual Plan to an Enterprise Plan.

  1. Apply for an Enterprise Plan
First, create a Workspace, which is where your apps will migrate to. Please visit the following page for information on how to apply for an Enterprise Plan and create a Workspace.
    https://docs.deploygate.com/docs/administrator-guide/learning/start-enterprise

  2. Invite members to the Workspace
Add members to the Workspace you created in step 1. Please visit the following page for information on how to invite members.
    https://docs.deploygate.com/docs/administrator-guide/member/ep-add-member

  3. Create an Organization within the Workspace
Create an Organization within the Workspace you created in step 1. Please visit the following page for information on how to create an Organization.
    https://docs.deploygate.com/docs/administrator-guide/ep-group/ep-add-group

  4. Access the app’s originating Organization
The Organizations (Item ① in the following screenshot) in the “My Organization” section of your Organizations list are part of your Individual Plan. Select this Organization.

① Default Organizations created for Individual (Free) Plans
    ② Your Workspace’s name
    ③ Your Workspace’s Organization(s)

  5. You will be directed to the Organization’s Details Screen. Go to “Settings” > “Migrate apps to other Organizations.”

  6. Select the destination Organization
You will see a list of apps that can be migrated. Select the applicable apps and click on the “Select a destination Organization” button.

On the next page, click on the “Migrate to this Organization” button to complete the migration process. Please visit your Workspace to confirm that the apps have migrated.
