If you are currently on a discontinued Corporation & Organization Plan (Startup, Business, or Large Business) and are considering switching to a Flexible Plan, you can import your Organization into a Flexible Plan’s Workspace. Please follow these steps to proceed with the migration.

You can also consolidate multiple Organizations into a single Workspace. Please note that you must be an administrator for both the original Organization(s) and the destination Workspace and be logged in to the administrator account.
In the case of the Flexible plan, the number of Testers is counted as members, not only "Administrators" and "Developers." When you consider migrating to the Flexible Plan, please confirm the number of members you need.
Please check the URL below to confirm the number of members in your current Organization.

If the number of members in your current Organization exceeds those in the Workspace of Flexible Plan, the migration will fail, and you will receive an email to note that your migration has failed. In that case, please increase the number of members of Workspace for the Plexbile Plan or decrease the number of members from your current Organization before migrating to Workspace.

First, follow the steps here(https://intercom.help/deploygate/en/articles/4536554-how-do-i-cancel-a-paid-plan) to cancel your existing plan.
Visit here(https://deploygate.com/pricing) to apply for a Flexible Plan.
Once you’ve completed your Flexible Plan application, click on your user icon to expand the menu and select the Workspace you created.
You can also go to your “Organizations” list and select your Workspace from the “Workspaces” section.
On the Workspace Admin Console, click on the “Organizations” tab.
Click on the “You can migrate existing Organizations into this Workspace” link.
Select the Organization to migrate and click on the “Migrate” button.
Once migrated, your Organization will appear in the Workspace Admin Console.
