A Workspace is a function that only Flexible Plans and Enterprise Plans offer. Users on other plans will not have a Workspace ID displayed.
The Workspace ID is an identifier that distinguishes each Workspace. Users must specify and set up this unique ID when signing up for either a Flexible Plan or an Enterprise Plan.
Only alphanumeric characters and - (hyphen) are available. The first character must be alphabetic. The last character must be alphanumeric. Once you’ve selected a Workspace ID, you cannot change it.
Workspaces are designed to be used on a company-wide basis. When configuring your workspace, we recommend setting it to the English name of your company.
How do I find my Workspace ID?
To view your Workspace ID, log in to DeployGate, hover over your user icon at the top right of the page, and select your Workspace name from the menu. On the Workspace Admin Console, you will see your Workspace ID in parentheses after your Workspace’s Display Name.
