Sarah made sure to implement our rolling banners, posters and reception cards that we sent her. This is key for every patient (new and old) to download the SLA app, regardless of whether they are a member or not.


Key 2: Scarcity-based bonuses for first 20 members

The strongest human emotion is fear. Having a limited stock pile of Amazon gift cards sitting in your waiting room exclusively reserved for the first 5, 10 or 20 patients who sign up to your membership help you sell more memberships but also builds goodwill to lower chances of member cancellations.


Key 3: Engaging promo video

The first stage to promoting your app and membership is awareness. Making sure people know you have a membership is where 90% of clinics already fail.


Key 4: Selling memberships as a protocol
