Steps
Go to the Specs tab
Highlight the spec(s) you want to change
Click the Change Type button
Select the new spec type from the list
The spec type updates immediately
After Changing Type
Update the spec code to match the new type's naming convention
Attributes will update to match the new spec type's attribute list
Review and update any type-specific fields
Tips
You can change multiple specs at once
The spec retains its other information (vendor, images, etc.)
Only the type-specific attributes change
