Prerequisites
Set up your areas, sub-areas, and floors first.
Steps
Go to the Areas tab in your project
Click Rooms on the left sidebar
Click to add a new room (empty row appears)
Enter the room number
Select the area from the dropdown
Select the floor from the dropdown
Repeat for each room number
Important Notes
Create a separate line item for every room number
Each room is associated with one area and one floor
Room numbers enable Room Spec Matrix reports
Generate Reports
From the Rooms tab, you can:
Click Generate Matrix directly from this screen
Or go to the Reports tab and select Room Spec Matrix
