Prerequisites
Room numbers must be set up in the Areas tab → Rooms
Rooms must be associated with areas and floors
Steps
Go to the Reports tab
Select Room Spec Matrix
Configure settings on the right: Filter by Area (e.g., select Guest Rooms), Choose Page Orientation (Portrait or Landscape)
Save as a preset if desired (e.g., "Guest Room Spec Matrix")
Click Apply
Report Layout
Left column: Room numbers
Top row: Spec codes
Grid: Quantities where applicable
Bottom row: Totals
Settings Options
Show or hide removed specs
Filter by specific areas
Change page orientation for wider reports
Export Options
Download as PDF or Excel
