Steps
Log into your DesignSpec account
Look for "Install Web Clipper" in the dark navigation band
Click the button
You'll be taken to the Chrome Web Store
Click Add to Chrome to install
Using the Web Clipper
Go to a vendor's website
Navigate to a product page
Click the Web Clipper icon in your browser toolbar (if pinned, click the DesignSpec icon directly; if not pinned, click the extensions puzzle icon, then find Web Clipper)
Sign in if prompted
Create your spec directly from the product page
Tips
Pin the extension to your toolbar for quick access
Works with most vendor product pages
Product information auto-populates into your new spec
