If your content is already on the platform, no need to re-upload everything: synchronization imports it into the model's Desirely library.
Steps
Open Models → your model → Media tab, then click Synchronize.
Choose the source platform (the account must be Connected).
Browse the Platform folders and select the media to import (or Select all). Load more shows the rest if the folder is large.
Choose the destination folder in Desirely (Import into), then click Synchronize: the button shows how many media you picked.

A progress bar tracks the import ("Synchronizing media: X / Y"). You can keep working during the import.
Why it matters for sales
A script is only offered on a platform if its media are available there. Importing media from the platform guarantees that link: the Desirely media stays tied to its original on the platform side, and the AI can send it as a paid message on that platform.
If your model is on several platforms (for example OnlyFans and MYM), synchronize the media from each platform, and attach every version to each step of your scripts so they can go out on each of her platforms.
This link is also how Desirely knows a fan has already seen a media (even one sent by hand) and avoids showing it to them again.
If something goes wrong
If the synchronization fails, run it again: it resumes without duplicating what is already imported.
If no media shows up for selection, check that the platform account is Connected and that the source folder contains media.
Some platform combinations may not offer folder browsing yet; in that case, the interface tells you.
