The Conversations page

Supervise all your conversations: columns, filters and bulk actions.

The Conversations page lists every conversation across all your models, sorted by recent activity. This is your daily supervision hub.

The columns

  • Model and Platform: whose conversation it is and where it takes place.

  • Fan: the fan's username, with a link to open the conversation directly on the platform.

  • Last message and Last activity: the latest exchange and its date, with the sender (Fan, AI, or Model for a message sent by hand).

  • Status: OK, or Awaiting when the conversation is waiting for a human to step in after an alert.

  • Automation: the conversation's AI switch, which you can toggle directly from the list.

  • Desire: the fan's desire score, measured on their latest messages. This is what drives the conversation's progression (see "How the AI runs a conversation").

  • Scripts: the number of scripts already sent out of the total available for this conversation. A "3/3" flags a fan who has exhausted the catalog: time to create new scripts.

The fan profile

When you open a conversation, the fan profile shows the fan's Desire, the conversation Phase (Warm-up, Build-up, Sale, Aftercare), Purchases, Total spent, whether a Follow-up is allowed, the Next media and the fan's Memory, kept by the AI (see "Automatic notes about your fans").

Filters and search

Filter by model, by platform, by automation state, or search for a fan. Filters can be combined.

Bulk actions

Tick the box at the top of the table: it selects the conversations on the page, and "Select all … matching items" extends the selection to all those matching your filters. The Enable all and Disable all buttons then appear; they apply automation to the selection, after confirming how many are affected. Handy for handing all of a model's conversations back to the AI after a manual session.

Your supervision routine

  1. Handle Awaiting conversations first: they are the ones where the AI handed things over to you.

  2. Glance at the high desire scores: those are your sales in progress.

  3. Watch the Scripts column to spot fans who have exhausted everything.
