A tier is a monthly subscription that lowers a platform account's commission rate (each tier's price and rate: see "How Desirely pricing works"). Everything happens in Billing → Credits and tiers tab.
Subscribe
In the Subscribe to a tier section, pick Core, Pro or Ultra and click Subscribe.
Payment is made by card via Stripe, our payment provider.
The tier then appears under Your tiers, ready to be assigned.
Billing: the Subscribe to a tier section (1) and its Subscribe buttons (2).
You can subscribe to several tiers, including the same one several times (one per platform account to cover).
Assign a tier to an account
A tier does nothing until it is assigned:
Under Your tiers (or from the Commission per account tab), click Assign.
Pick the platform account the rate should apply to.
Your tiers: Assign (1), a tier's next date (2) and Manage in Stripe (3).
Assign the tier: pick the platform account from the list.
The reduced rate applies to that account's sales from the moment of assignment.
Move or remove a tier
A tier lives on one account at a time, but you can move it freely: assigning it to another account removes it from the previous one, which goes back to 20%. You can also remove it from the account without canceling it: it stays paid and available, just unused.
This flexibility lets you keep up with your activity: if one model slows down and another takes off, move the tier rather than paying for two.
Tier statuses
Active / Trial: the tier is working, and its renewal date is shown.
Past due: the renewal payment failed and Stripe is retrying. The reduced rate stays applied during these attempts. Update your card via Invoices and payments.
Canceled: you canceled. The reduced rate stays applied until the end of the period already paid, then the account goes back to 20%.
Unpaid, Incomplete or Expired: the payment did not go through, the reduced rate does not apply.
You subscribed but the rate did not change? A tier only applies once assigned: in Your tiers, click Assign and pick the platform account. The reduced rate applies to sales made after the assignment.
Change an account's tier
To change an account's tier (for example from Pro to Ultra), message us from the Messenger with the platform account and the tier you want. Don't change the tier yourself with Update the offer in the Stripe portal: go through us so the new rate is properly applied in Desirely. The portal remains the right place to switch a tier from Monthly to Yearly while keeping the same tier, to cancel it or to update your card.
Good to know: if several tiers cover the same account during a transition, the most favorable rate applies. You never pay more commission than your best current tier.
Yearly billing
Tiers are also available with yearly billing, at a 30% discount compared to the monthly price. The tier's commission rate stays the same; only the subscription price goes down.
Important before you start: the Stripe portal does not show which model each offer is attached to. If you have several tiers, especially identical ones (say two Pro), identify the right one first: in Billing → Your tiers, note the Next date ("Renews on...") of the tier assigned to the account in question. That date is how you will recognize the right offer in the portal.
Switching to yearly happens directly from the billing portal: Billing → Invoices and payments → Active offers, click your offer, then Update the offer and switch from Monthly to Yearly.
Cancel a tier
Desirely has no commitment: each tier is a monthly subscription you can stop at any time.
Same path: Invoices and payments → Active offers → click the offer in question. (A tier's Manage in Stripe button takes you straight to the right place.)
Click Cancel the offer and confirm: the tier switches to Canceled.
The period already paid is honored: the reduced rate keeps applying until the end date shown ("Ends on..."). After that, the account simply goes back to the 20% commission. Nothing else changes: the AI keeps running normally, and no feature is cut off.
Failed payment
If a tier's renewal fails (an expired card, for example), the tier switches to Past due: Stripe retries the charge for a few days, and the reduced rate stays applied during that time. Update your card via Invoices and payments. If the attempts fail for good, the tier becomes Unpaid and the account goes back to 20%.
Volume discounts
If you manage several platform accounts with a tier, a discount on your subscriptions is available from 5 accounts: from 10% to 25% depending on volume (details on the desirely.co pricing page). It is not automatic: message us from the Messenger with the number of accounts concerned.
Which tier should you choose?
Compare the subscription with the commission savings. Example with Core (€29, 15% instead of 20%): you save 5% of the creator net. As soon as the account generates more than €580 of creator net per month, Core pays for itself. Same logic for Pro and Ultra: the more the account sells, the more a higher tier wins.
Stop Desirely entirely
There is nothing to cancel other than any tiers you may have: without a tier, Desirely only costs the commission on AI sales and the AI generations you start. To stop all activity, pause the AI on each model (AI on / AI paused switch, Models page). Your credit balance stays available.
