Two tools in the app put an AI to work for you. They are paid from your credits, like commissions.
What is paid
Generate descriptions (media library, after selecting media): €0.10 per media item.
Generate with AI (in a script): €0.25 per step, plus €0.10 per media item in the step that has no description yet.
For a script, the estimated cost and your available balance are shown before you start. Describing the media your fans send you stays free.

In your credit history
These charges appear in Billing, under how your credits were used, with the reason "task". The balance is shared by your whole organization: a generation started by another member also shows in your history and on the Tasks page.
If your balance is negative
While your balance is below zero, a paid generation is refused. Top up your credits, then start it again.
Follow a generation: the Tasks page
Generations and media synchronizations run in the background. Follow them in Tasks (Manage menu): each row shows the task, its status (Pending, Running, Succeeded, Failed or Cancelled), its progress and its last activity.
A task failed? Click Copy debug info and paste it into your message to support.
