Commissions on the AI's sales and AI generations (€0.10 per media description, €0.25 per generated script step) are deducted from a prepaid credit balance shared by your whole organization. You will find it in Billing → Credits and tiers → Available credits.
The free credits
When you sign up, you get €10 of free credits. They cover the commissions on your first sales: enough to confirm the AI sells, before you top up.
Top up
In Billing, Top up section, pick €10, €25, €50 or €100, or type one in the Enter an amount field.
Tick the terms of sale box: it reminds you that top-ups are not refundable.
Click Buy €X of credits: payment is made by card through Stripe.
Your balance is credited as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Billing: your available credits (1), the amount (2), the terms of sale box (3), Buy (4), and Invoices and payments (5).
If the payment is declined, check your card or try another one. If your balance has not changed although Stripe confirmed the payment, message us from the Messenger with the date and the amount.
The Billing page also offers an Auto top-up setting: for any question about it, message us from the Messenger.
Track the movements
The How your credits were used section lists each movement with its date, reason and amount:
Commission: the deduction for an AI sale (sale details are on the Transactions page).
task: an AI generation started in your organization (media description, script step), at €0.10 per description and €0.25 per step. This reason is shown as is. Another member may have started it: the Tasks page lists generations.
Refund: a refunded top-up was taken back from the balance.
Chargeback: a bank dispute on a top-up was passed through.
Arrears settled: a top-up was used to clear a debt (see "Out of credits").
Expiry: expired credits were removed. No current credit has an expiry date, including the €10 welcome credit.
Adjustment: a manual correction made by our team.

Your invoices
The Invoices and payments button opens your Stripe billing portal: invoices for top-ups and subscriptions, payment methods, history.
