For our deliveries within the Greater London area, our standard delivery time slot is from 10pm the night before, up until 6am the morning of your chosen delivery day. Our default option is to leave your delivery on your doorstep unless otherwise instructed.

We also offer a premium delivery time slot between 7am - 10am for an additional £5 per delivery.

If you are in London, on our standard delivery service and have a delivery the next day, please leave your cooler bag or your box and lining outside and we will collect it. Otherwise, you can leave this outside the next time you have a delivery and it will be collected.
