Browser Compatibility

When Dezygn Won't Load or Work Properly

The platform is loading slowly, features aren't working, buttons don't respond, or you're seeing layout problems. Most of these are browser compatibility issues that are easy to fix.

The bottom line: Use Chrome for the best experience. If you're having browser issues, clear your cache or try incognito mode first.

Supported Browsers & Versions

✅ Fully Supported (Recommended)

  • Chrome 90+ - Best performance and compatibility

  • Firefox 88+ - Good performance, occasional minor issues

  • Edge 90+ - Generally reliable for all features

  • Safari 14+ (macOS only) - Slower but functional

⚠️ Limited Support

  • Safari 13 or older - Some features may not work

  • Chrome/Firefox older versions - Update required

  • Mobile browsers - Basic functionality only

❌ Not Supported

  • Internet Explorer (any version) - Not compatible

  • Very old browsers (5+ years old)

  • Heavily modified browsers with major customizations

Quick Fixes for Browser Issues

Clear Browser Data (Fixes 80% of Issues)

Chrome/Edge:

  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac)

  2. Select "All time" for time range

  3. Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"

  4. Click "Clear data"

Firefox:

  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac)

  2. Select "Everything" for time range

  3. Check "Cookies" and "Cache"

  4. Click "Clear Now"

Safari:

  1. Go to Safari → Preferences → Privacy

  2. Click "Manage Website Data"

  3. Search for "dezygn" and remove all entries

  4. Also go to Develop → Empty Caches (if Develop menu is enabled)
