Can't Login

The Most Common Issue

You're trying to log into Dezygn but can't find your account, your password doesn't work, or you get an error. This happens for different reasons depending on what type of user you are.

The bottom line: Most login issues come from legacy users trying the wrong login process, or people forgetting which email they used.

Quick Diagnosis

"No account found" or "User doesn't exist"

Most likely: You're a legacy user who needs to activate your account first Solution: Go to chat.dezygn.com/legacy instead

"Wrong password" or "Login failed"

Most likely: You're using the wrong email address Solution: Try all email addresses you might have used

"Account inactive" or similar error

Most likely: Your account needs activation after purchase

Step-by-Step Solutions

For Legacy Users (zSuite, Branding.app, AppSumo, Early Dezygn)

If you bought any legacy product, DON'T use regular login:

  1. Enter your email (any email to start)

  2. Upload your purchase receipt (JPG/PNG format)

  3. Complete activation process

  4. Then use regular login at chat.dezygn.com

For Regular Users (Freelancer/Agency Plans)

Step 1: Try Different Emails

  • Work email vs personal email

  • Gmail vs company domain

  • Any email you might have used for the purchase

Step 2: Password Reset

  1. Click "Forgot password" on login page

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Check email for reset link

  4. Create new password

Common Login Problems

"I used to have an account but it's gone"

Dezygn v4 is a new platform. Old accounts weren't automatically transferred. You need to:

  • Legacy users: Activate through legacy flow

  • Recent users: Contact us through our support channels

"Password reset emails aren't arriving"

Check these locations:

  • Spam/junk folder

  • Promotions tab (Gmail)

  • Email from "noreply@dezygn.com"

  • Corporate email filters

Still no email? Try:

  • Different browser or incognito mode

  • Disable ad blockers

  • Wait 5-10 minutes and try again

Browser & Technical Issues

Clear Browser Data

  1. Clear cache and cookies for dezygn.com

  2. Disable browser extensions temporarily

  3. Try incognito/private browsing mode

  4. Update your browser to latest version

Security & Account Safety

Multiple Failed Login Attempts

Don't share login credentials. Use team member invites instead for collaboration.
