How to find the MAC address

You can find the MAC address printed on a label on the back or underside of the phone. You can also find it in the device’s menu:

  • Polycom (Poly):
Go to Menu > Status > System Information. The MAC address will be displayed on this screen.

  • Yealink:
Go to Menu > Status > System Info. Look for MAC address in the list.
