Preferences

In the Preferences section, you can tailor DialLink to match how you like to work.

To open this section:
Go to Settings > Preferences.

Calling

Here you can adjust how calls behave and which devices DialLink should use by default.

  • Default phone number
    Choose which number DialLink should use for outgoing calls by default.

  • Missed call handling
    Decide what happens when you miss a call: send it to voicemail or let the AI Agent answer it automatically. Depending on your choice, the following options become available:

    • Voicemail audio
      Choose the audio file that plays before callers can leave you a message.

    • Voicemail AI agent
      Choose which AI Agent will handle voicemail interactions.

  • Noise cancellation
    Enable or disable noise cancellation to improve call quality in noisy environments.

  • Default microphone
    Select the input device you want to use for calls.
    Note. If you’re using a headset or external mic, make sure your browser has access. For details, see Allow microphone and headset access in the web app.

  • Default speaker
    Choose the output device for call audio. You can switch between your computer speakers and a connected headset.

  • Default ringtone
    Choose where you want incoming call sounds to play, for example, through your headset or speakers.

Appearance

Customize how DialLink looks and feels:

  • Color scheme
    Switch between light and dark themes to suit your workspace.

  • Scale
    Adjust how compact or spacious the interface looks.

  • Language
    Choose the interface language you want to use in DialLink. Currently supported: English, Spanish, and German.
