How to connect a WhatsApp Business account to DialLink

To start using WhatsApp in DialLink, you first need to connect your WhatsApp Business account. This step links your Meta (WhatsApp) account to DialLink and allows you to register phone numbers as WhatsApp senders later.

Connect your WhatsApp Business account

To connect WhatsApp to DialLink:

  1. In DialLink, go to Settings > Integrations.

2. Select WhatsApp.

3. Click Connect.

Sign in to your Meta business account

You’ll be redirected to Meta to sign in to your business account.

  1. Sign in using your Meta credentials

  2. Select Create a WhatsApp Business account

  3. Select Create a WhatsApp Business profile

4. Enter your business details:

  • Select the business profile you want to connect

  • Enter your business name

  • Enter your business website or profile page

5. Choose Add new number.

6. Enter your DialLink phone number

Important: Only DialLink phone numbers can be used.

7. Select Text messages as the verification method

8. Click Next

The verification code will be sent as a message to your Conversations inbox in DialLink.

9. Enter the verification code

10. Click Finish

Once verified, your WhatsApp Business account will be successfully connected to DialLink.
