DialMe offers an intuitive and straightforward way to connect with your favorite creators through calls or video calls. Whether you’re looking to have a chat or a face-to-face conversation via video, here’s how our system ensures a seamless experience.

Understanding Call and Video Call Requests:

  • 📲 Initiating a Call Request: Want to call your favorite creator? Simply send them a call request. The creator has 20 minutes to accept your request, so stay tuned!

  • 💳 Ensure Enough Credits: Before initiating a call, make sure your wallet has enough credits for a fulfilling conversation.

  • During the Call: While in conversation, you’ll see the duration of the call and your remaining credits. This helps you keep track of time and credit usage.

  • 🔋 Wallet Reload During Call: Running low on credits mid-conversation? You can easily reload your wallet to extend the call without any interruption.

Receiving a Call Request from a Creator:

  • 👂 Accepting a Creator's Call: If a creator sends you a call request and you accept, the payment process works the same as if you initiated the call. You pay for the duration of the conversation.

Error Handling and Credit Refunds:

  • 🔄 Automatic Error Correction: If an error occurs during a call, our app intelligently recalculates the credits spent and refunds any excess automatically.

  • 🛑 Payment Upon Call Termination: In case of an unexpected call drop or error, the app automatically processes payment only for the time you were connected.

Our Commitment to Secure and Fair Billing:

  • 💼 Pay As You Go: Our billing system is designed to be fair and transparent. You only pay for the time you spend in conversation.

  • 🔐 Secure and Reliable: Rest assured, our system is secure, keeping your transactions and conversations private.

  • 🆘 Support is Just a Chat Away: If you have any questions or need assistance, our support team is available to help you through our in-app chat.
