In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to manage your notifications in Diffly. By clicking on your profile icon at the top right of your screen, go to Settings and click on "Notifications".
Tailoring your notification settings allows you to stay informed, react promptly to the data collected and ensure seamless communication with your team.
As Admin, you have the ability to activate 6 different notifications.
As User, you have the ability to activate 5 different notifications.
You can activate these notifications on 3 different channels:
Email
In-app
Slack (go to Slack integration for more info)

Admin notification
1/ Notification when you receive a feedback on your deals
You can choose to receive notifications when you receive a feedback on your deals for:
Surveys only
Interviews only
Both ! This ensures you stay updated on the insights that matter the most to you.
You can change it for all your deals, all of your team's deals or all of your company deals.
2/ Notification as a reminder to fill an internal survey
3/ Notification when your members asked for a feedback that you have to validate or not
You can validate this feedback request through Diffly's "Request validation" page
4/ Comments and mentions
You can be notified as soon as there's a new comment on your deal or you've been mentioned somewhere.
User notification
1/ Notification when you receive a feedback on your deals
You can choose to receive notifications when you receive a feedback on your deals for:
Surveys only
Interviews only
Both ! This ensures you stay updated on the insights that matter the most to you.
You can change it for all your deals or all of your team's deals.
