We use three logistical means to transport our goods:
When the products leave the factory, we use air transport as our partner factory is in the Czech Republic.
We use ground transportation when the packages leave our warehouse in France for the European Union and the United Kingdom.
When the packages leave our warehouse in the United States, the latter being a large country, we use road transport when the customers are close to our warehouse and air transport when our customers are further away.
And then, when our products come from China, we use sea transportation.
For road transport, we usually use IMX, Colissimo, and Chronopost if your package is being sent from France. We also use Asendia, DHL, FedEx, USPS, and UPS if your package is sent from the US or the UK! 😁
