What’s needed when asking for help from the Customer Success Team

If you find you are needing more help with DAS we are here for you every step of the way!

Down the bottom of your platform, there is a help icon. Here you have access to all of our how-to videos, and step-by-step instructions to guide you to complete your desired task.

The other option is to talk to our Customer Success Managers, who are experts in the software.

To be as effective and efficient when asking our CSM team for advice we ask that you include the following details:

  • Parcel / Custom Farm ID number

  • Property Address

  • Any relevant screenshots.

  • Any information about the issue, ca this can include when did this start happening, is anyone else experiencing the issue and what have you tried before reaching out (if applicable)

To location, the ID mentioned above is found within the overview tab as highlighted.
