DAS left panel includes all we know about a property (Data might be filtered based on permissions and tiers). it addresses the need to understand more about a single property. Historical sales of that property is presented in the sales tab.

Our sales filters are designed to help customers find comparable sales. As such, the last 3 years of sales are presented by default, as they are the most relevant to current market conditions. A user can alway activate previous years to see more polygons if needed. DAS avoids crowding the map with unnecessary information.

Following that logic, users might have the Sales layer activated and yet, a property that has Sale history is not coloured (no Sale layer appeared) - it just means that the Sale is older than the filtered activated years
