Sometimes, you may want to take a screenshot and create a visual guide to have on hand during client meetings or when you're at a property. To help you with this, we recommend the following method.

First, go to the property you want to screenshot. Then, locate the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, as indicated by the red box below.

Click on Terrain view instead of Satellite view, which is automatically selected.

After selecting Terrain, the background image changes and serves as the basis for the screenshot that can be printed.

To take a screenshot on Windows, use the 'Snippet' tool. On Mac, press Shift-Command-5 and select the area to capture.

After capturing your screen, you can print the screenshot using various methods. At DAS, we usually print it from Word or annotate it using an iPad.
