A DAS report can be quite a large document, especially when there are a significant number of photos attached.

There is a limit on the report size of 128MB, after this the generation step for the report will fail and the report link cannot be emailed to the user.

The workaround, is to reduce the number of photos attached, until the file size is below 128MB. This will allow for successful generation of the report.
