How to Download, Install, and Activate Fire Studio for Windows or Mac

Step 1: Access the Customer Portal (If you have credentials)

If you do not have Customer Portal access, locate your original email with the download links and license information. If you are unable to locate that information, send an email to support@digitalcombustion.com with the following information:

Organization Name
City, state, country (if other than USA) and postal (zip) code.

Step 2: Download the Fire Studio Installer
Navigate to your Fire Studio purchase within the Customer Portal.
Locate the available download options and select the installer appropriate for your operating system (Windows or Mac). - For Fire Studio 6, visit the Fire Studio 6 download page to choose the installer suitable for your chosen version.
Step 3: System Requirements for Fire Studio Versions
Fire Studio 6.2: This version is suitable for computers with lower system specifications and does not require advanced hardware.
