Step 1: Access the Customer Portal (If you have credentials)

  1. Sign in to the Customer Portal using your department’s portal login credentials. Ensure the credentials are valid to access the necessary resources.

If you do not have Customer Portal access, locate your original email with the download links and license information. If you are unable to locate that information, send an email to support@digitalcombustion.com with the following information:

  4. Phone number

Step 2: Download the Fire Studio Installer

  1. Navigate to your Fire Studio purchase within the Customer Portal.

  2. Locate the available download options and select the installer appropriate for your operating system (Windows or Mac). - For Fire Studio 6, visit the Fire Studio 6 download page to choose the installer suitable for your chosen version.

Step 3: System Requirements for Fire Studio Versions
