As an advisor and client, you can subscribe to a plan on our platform in two ways: Client Subscription (by Advisor) and Subscription (by Client).

If you are a client looking to subscribe to a plan on your Diligentsia account, please follow the steps outlined below."

Step 1: On your company index, click subscribe, select plan of your choice, enter card details and make payment

Click "Subscribe" from Company Index.

Select plan.

There are two payment options available. You can pay using your debit or credit card and if you have a discount code, you can add insert it to get a discount. If you want to get a discount code, you can click here to book a call with the CEO

Q: Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

No, you can't downgrade your subscription.

Cancelling of a plan won't be effective until after the subscription period ends, so you won't get a refund if you cancel.

Q: Do I need to reauthorize my advisors after upgrading a plan?

No, you don't need to reauthorize your advisors after upgrading a plan.

Yes you can get a receipt for your subscription. Our payments services are provided by Stripe (www.stripe.com).

As long as the monthly plan has ended, you can switch to the yearly plan

Q: I want to upgrade from Free to an higher plan, how do i?

To upgrade from the Free plan to a higher plan, follow the below steps.

Step 1: Click on upgrade from your Company Index, select plan you wish to upgrade to and make payment.

Select plan and make payment.

Step 2: You are then taken to your new plan's dashboard. The plan you subscribed to reflects on your Company Index and your Advisor's Client Index.
