Does Diligentsia offer different subscription plans?

Yes. Diligentsia offers a range of subscription plans designed for:

  • Companies at different stages of development

  • Advisors

  • Investors

You can view plan details, compare features, and upgrade from:

  • Your Company Dashboard

  • Your Company Index

  • The Diligentsia website pricing page

What subscription plans are available?

Diligentsia currently offers:

  • Diligentsia Free

  • Diligentsia Lite

  • Diligentsia Pro

  • Diligentsia Pro Plus

  • Diligentsia Portfolio Pro

Each plan is designed for different use cases and levels of functionality. For full feature comparisons, please refer to the Pricing page.

Q: Do you offer a Free plan?

Yes. Diligentsia offers a Free Plan, which provides:

  • Access to the 2-Minute Test

  • KPI reporting

  • A core workspace

There are no hidden charges.

Q: Is there a free trial for Lite or Pro?

No. There is no free trial for Lite or Pro. However, the Free Plan allows you to experience core functionality before upgrading.

Q: How do I upgrade my subscription?

You can upgrade at any time.

Click on the indent to see the steps

Click on "upgrade" from your Company Index.

Select any subscription plan of your choice.

Apply your discount code if you have and click Continue to Purchase, if you don't, just click continue to purchase and you'll be taken to Stripe to complete Payment.

Once payment is processed:

  • Your new plan becomes active immediately

  • The selected plan will appear in:

    • Company Index

    • Company Dashboard

Company Settings > Subscription Info

Q: Can I cancel my subscription early?

Normally no. Subscriptions are based on minimum term agreements. However, you may contact: support@diligentsia.co.uk to discuss your specific circumstances.

Q I am an advisor/investor. Can I pay on behalf of a company?

Yes. Advisors and investors can pay on behalf of a company. The platform supports this billing structure.

Q: Do you offer discounts?

Yes. Discounts may be available via:

  • Promotional codes

  • Development partner arrangements

If you are interested in becoming a development partner, please contact us.

Do you store my credit card information?

No. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Diligentsia does not store your credit card information.

Can I use a different credit card for renewal?

Yes. You may use a different payment method at renewal. Payment details are handled directly through Stripe.

Can I share one subscription across multiple companies?

No. Each company must have its own subscription. Subscriptions are company-specific and cannot be shared across entities.

Can I upgrade multiple companies at once?

No. Each company must be upgraded individually via its own Company Dashboard or Company Index.

How do I choose the right plan?

If you are unsure which plan is most suitable:

Troubleshooting

I cannot see the Upgrade button

  • Ensure you have the appropriate permissions (Owner/Admin).

  • Refresh your dashboard.

  • Contact support if the issue persists.

My promo code is not working

  • Check for typos.

  • Confirm the code has not expired.

  • Ensure it applies to the selected plan.

  • Contact support if needed.

My subscription is not reflecting after payment

  • Refresh your dashboard.

  • Confirm payment was successfully processed by Stripe.

  • Contact support if the plan does not activate.

I subscribed to the wrong plan

Contact support immediately. Adjustments may be possible but are not guaranteed.

What happens if I do not renew?

If your subscription expires and is not renewed:

  • Your account will revert to the Free Plan.

  • Premium modules will become inaccessible.

  • Data in restricted modules may not be available until reactivation.

I believe I was charged incorrectly

Billing discrepancies will be investigated promptly.
