Q What is the Portfolio index?
The Portfolio Index view is used by Investors to monitor all the Clients/Companies (if a group) he/she has access to on one page. From here, users authorized to see a particular company can click through to that client’s Company Dashboard.
Q What can I see on the Portfolio Index?
On the Portfolio Index, you can see a list of your clients you have added onto the platform, with a link to each company's more detailed dashboard, their Diligentsia certification status and completeness and risk summaries, link to your Investor Settings, link to adding another company and more.
Q What is the purpose of the Portfolio Index?
The purpose of the Portfolio Index is to assist companies to standardize the presentation of, access to, and auditing of, your corporate data, to assist you to add value to your business.
Q Can I change the format of my Portfolio Index?
Currently, you cannot change the format of your Company Index.
Troubleshooting
Q: Why can’t I see all the companies I’ve added to the Portfolio Index?
A: Ensure the companies have been properly added and that your user account has access permissions. If the issue persists, contact Diligentsia support.
Q: How do I add a new company to the Portfolio Index?
A: Click the "Add Company" button on the Portfolio Index page, provide the required company details, and follow the prompts to complete the process. Check out our Add a Company Article here
Q: Why are some companies showing incomplete or missing data on the Portfolio Index?
A: Incomplete data may occur if companies have not updated their dashboards.
Q: Can I customize the columns or data displayed on the Portfolio Index?
A: No, the Portfolio Index format is fixed and cannot be customized at this time.
Q: What should I do if the Portfolio Index isn’t loading properly?
A: Refresh your browser, clear the cache, or try accessing the platform using a different browser. If the issue persists, contact support.
Q: Why are the certification statuses of some companies not appearing?
A: Certification statuses will only appear for companies that have completed the required modules. Ensure companies have fulfilled the necessary criteria.
Q: How can I monitor changes in company risk scores from the Portfolio Index?
A: The Portfolio Index provides real-time updates on risk scores. If you suspect discrepancies, verify the data within the respective Company Dashboards.
Q: Can I export the Portfolio Index data for offline analysis?
A: You can only export data of some modules, but you can't export the portfolio index data.
Q: Why is a company’s dashboard inaccessible from the Portfolio Index?
A: This may occur if you don’t have the necessary permissions for that company. Contact the admin to request access.
Q: What should I do if the risk score for a company seems incorrect?
A: Double-check the Company Dashboard for the most recent updates. Risk scores are automatically updated based on the latest data.
Q: Can I assign specific users to manage certain companies on the Portfolio Index?
A: Yes, you can manage user permissions through the Investor Settings page and assign roles for specific companies. Check out our article on User Permissions here.
Q: What should I do if I accidentally remove a company from the Portfolio Index?
A: Unfortunately, all data may be lost if that happens. While we are not reassuring to provide solution, you can reach out to support through support@diligentsia.co.uk.
Q: How frequently is data on the Portfolio Index updated?
A: Data is updated in real-time as companies make changes to their dashboards. Refresh the page to see the latest updates.
Q: Why does the Portfolio Index take a long time to load?
A: Slow loading may occur due to a large number of companies or data volume. Ensure a stable internet connection or contact support for optimization options.
