You can access different areas of Access Financials from our enquiries screens. Accessing other areas is dependent on your security permissions, so you might not be able to access all areas.

This article takes you through accessing other areas of the system from a customer record, but you can follow the steps below for other enquiries and record lists too, like for example the Purchase Analysis Transactions or the Nominal Transactions enquiries.
To open the Action Panel from an enquiry:
Click the Module then click on the Option of your choice from the left-hand side menu.
βNote: All transactions or records are displayed. You can narrow down you search using advanced filters. You can also search on the columns directly by pointing the mouse to the name of the column and click on the 3 small horizontal lines and choose from the available filter list, then click OK.Select the checkbox in front of a transaction or record you wish to work with.
Note: The Action Panel automatically opens from the right-hand side of the screen which gives you access to action cards and tabs depending on your permissions.
Example:
Click Debtors then click Sales Transactions.
