Every page has a status: Publish, Unpublish, or Draft. Fans only see published pages.
Change status from Home
Open Home (the pages dashboard).
Find the page under My Pages (or Single Pages if you have a Full Site).
Use Publish, Unpublish, or Draft on that page.
What each one means
Publish: live at your public URL. Anyone with the link can open it.
Unpublish: taken down. The page stays in your account, fans just can't open it.
Draft: still being built. Same as unpublished for fans.
Edits in Page Editor autosave either way. Status is what controls whether fans can see the page, not whether your changes are stored.
