Open Page Editor.
Tap Preview in the top bar to see the page the way fans will.
Share
In the editor, tap Share.

From the avatar menu you can also tap Share my link.
If fans hit a dead page, check that it's Published on Home. Draft and Unpublish stay in your account, but the public link won't load for them.
